My brother is a slightly crotchety bartender who manages to find fault with everything while simultaneously having constant delusions of grandeur about himself. But he may have just struck gold.

He just posted this:

I invented the “Ribs Omelette” (also featuring mac’n’cheese, cole slaw and the original innards of a western) at The Diner at 2:30am last night.

I...just don’t even know what to say. This is mortifying and also genuinely impressive.

It does remind me of something just come on sale in the vegetarian frozen department.

Yep. Mac’n’Cheese Donut Burger. It just sounds awful. Part of me wants to try it to find out if its as bad as it sounds, the other (larger part, nee majority) screams ‘not a chance in hell you weirdo’.
